We opened our doors in 1975. Rosemarie Forsyth had a high security clearance and worked for the government but had a vision to one day work for herself in real estate and obtained her real estate license in 1970. She started her career working for a real estate firm in Thousand Oaks. She then decided to get her brokers license and opened her own office.
Bob, Rosemarie Forsyth's son, followed in his mother's footsteps and obtained his real estate license in 1980 and brokers license in 1985. He and his mom became partners in 1986 and formed Forsyth and Rizzie realtors.
In 2010, Bob's son, Robert Rizzie, obtained his real estate license and in 2014, obtained his brokers license. Bob and Robert are now partners in the family business serving Ventura & Santa Barbara Counties.
